KTNET Africa secretariat is pleased to announce the availability of small stakeholder engagement grants for round two. Four successful applicants will receive between Euro 1200 and Euro 1500 each depending the scope of the activity.
Eligibility:
Eligibility for funding is for WOTRO funded researchers under KTNET Africa and priority will be given to those who have not yet benefited from holding a stakeholder engagement.
Scope:
Applications for this funding should be tailored to Knowledge Translation (KT) activities including but not limited to policy dialogue, community engagement or any other stakeholder engagements. These activities should also closely align with the KT work plans submitted to the KTNET Africa secretariat.
Main objective of the grants:
The aim of this initiative is to support KT activities and increase the effectiveness of KT efforts across coalition partners.
Reporting and submission:
Recipients will be required to submit reports and outputs of their KT activities. All submissions should be made by a person directly involved with the research work the coalition partners are doing and one who is involved in KTNET Africa work.

Submission deadline:
The deadline for submissions of concepts is 5:00pm on 9th December 2014. Successful applicants will be announced during the 2nd annual partners’ meeting in Addis Ababa.
